Humility
Humility will make you say, "I am at decent place now, but I am not where I should be, I have to keep working, I have to keep seeking, I have to keep searching, I have to open my mind and be willing to tweak my ideas, to challenge my ideas and in some cases to change my ideas.
It is a lot easier to stick with what you know, to stick with what you were taught and some of us would rather be comfortable, some of us would rather keep our position among people who revere us than to keep searching for truth and relevance.
