Children must be educated reared towards the problems they must solve
In rearing our children we not only rear in terms of past and present circumstances but in terms of future obligations and circumstances.
We have to equip them with the tools, education, and experience to solve problems and advance our interest. This is what intelligence is all about not the mere existence of knowledge. Children must be educated reared towards the problems they must solve.
Therefore, the destiny of the black child is not the destiny of the white child. We must transform and supplement their education to meet that task.
