For some families, it's better for your child to learn entrepreneurship, investing and real estate than to have a college degree. When you learn these skills, your debt can easily be kept low, and your income potential can easily become very, very high. College doesn't usually provide that for anyone and has become a financial hell pit that lasts for the next 40 years.

Not to say that college isn't something people should do. But we cannot ignore the fact that half of all black college graduates can't afford to repay their student loans. Many of them will die in debt. This isn't the way education is supposed to work.
